Welcome to BEAUTY TEMPLE

By booking or receiving services with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Appointments

· Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

· Please arrive on time for your appointment.

· Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

· We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

· Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee or deposit requirement for future bookings.

3. Deposits

· Certain services may require a booking deposit.

· Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

· Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment where sufficient notice is provided.

4. Pricing & Payments

· All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

· Prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, time required, or additional product usage.

· Payment is required at the completion of services.

· We accept approved payment methods available in salon.

5. Refunds & Service Adjustments

· Due to the nature of salon services, refunds are generally not provided for completed services.

· If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we may assess and reasonably rectify the issue where appropriate.

7. Client Responsibilities

· Clients must provide accurate information regarding hair history, previous treatments, allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect services.

· We are not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed information.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where:

· a client behaves aggressively, inappropriately, or unsafely;

· a requested service may damage the client’s hair or scalp; or

· health and safety concerns arise.

9. Children & Guests

· For safety and comfort, children must be supervised at all times.

· Additional guests may be limited due to space and safety requirements.

10. Personal Belongings

· While we take reasonable care, Beauty Temple is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

11. Gift Cards & Promotions

· Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

· Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

· Expiry periods apply in accordance with NSW and Australian Consumer Law requirements.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will apply from the date published in salon or online.
